1. Return and Exchange Policy for Clothing
- Eligibility: Clothing items are eligible for exchange within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Exchange Process: Exchanges are permitted for a different size or color of the same item. A refund will not be issued; instead, we will process the exchange based on availability.
- How to Request an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at care@zeroclutter.in or call 9642999737 within 3 days of receiving your item. Our team will assist you in completing the exchange process.
2. Return and Refund Policy for Food Products
- Eligibility: Due to safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee and other food products.
- Exceptions for Damaged Products: If a food item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of damage (photos) and order details. We will arrange a replacement for the damaged item or provide store credit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Clothing items returned without their original tags, damaged items due to customer handling, and food products not reported as damaged within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
